Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) is a multi-disciplinary arts center located in Brooklyn, New York. For more than 150 years, BAM has been the home for adventurous artists, audiences, and ideas—engaging both global and local communities. With world-renowned programming in theater, dance, music, opera, film, and much more, BAM showcases the work of emerging artists and innovative modern masters.
The Marketing Manager will increase BAM's impact by promoting BAM’s programming, with a primary focus on creating and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for Creative Social Impact, Education, Family, & live events. The successful candidate will expand awareness of BAM across Brooklyn and cultivate audiences while meeting revenue, strategic, and engagement goals.

Working Conditions:
Ability to be sedentary as well as occasional walking for distribution purposes. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds in order to move boxes of marketing materials.
Compensation:
This is a full time, non-exempt role represented by UAW 2110 union. The salary for this position is $52,500 and will be paid in accordance with the UAW 2110 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
In addition, this role is eligible for a comprehensive benefit package options including medical, dental and vision insurance, retirement plan opportunities including 401(k) and pension options through either BAM or ATPAM, as well as BAM related perks including access to BAM’s amazing programming.
